Model of an oncology hinge-type knee endoprosthesis

Model of a lower limb in different stages of dynamic analysis

By means of a finite element simulation our team works on a development of an oncology hinge-type knee endoprosthesis. Several analyses are being developed. Quasi-static FEAs of oncology knee in a various degrees of flexion and also dynamic simulations. For boundary conditions applications, an ISO 14243 is being used as well as results of a dynamic inverse calculations also made in our laboratory.
